Cross Country at AIS
At AIS, Cross Country offers students the opportunity to build endurance, teamwork, and a love for running in a supportive environment. Whether you’re new to the sport or an experienced runner, our Cross Country program encourages students to push their limits and achieve personal bests.

Date: Tuesday mornings at 7:05 am
Coach: Ms. Virginie Grimaud
What to Wear: Running clothes (shorts, t-shirts, and running shoes). Please arrive no later than 7:05 am, ready to stretch and start practice.
