Welcome to our Parent-Teacher Organization
All parents and guardians are welcome to join the Parent-Teacher Organization (PTO), an active nonprofit group. The group is dedicated to enhancing the educational experience of the AIS community, fostering a strong and supportive community, and school spirit. It exists to support the educational goals directed by the administration, and to organize social and fundraising events which strengthen and support the school.
All AIS parents are welcome to attend the PTO meetings. Parents' concerns are discussed at the meetings, along with event planning, and future project development suggestions.
Election Time
The PTO elections are held in May, and any AIS parent or guardian is eligible to run. If chosen, you will be required to serve a one-year term with a maximum of three terms. This is an opportunity to assist with fundraising and directing where these extra funds are spent, community initiatives, and, of course, supporting our teachers.

Volunteer Opportunities
We thank each and every one of you for being part of our community. We have so many wonderful opportunities to learn and celebrate together and we appreciate your support in giving your ideas, time, and energy towards our school events and fundraising initiatives. We truly would not be able to accomplish all of it without you. Thanks for all that you do to help support the PTO and the school!
We have shifts organized by the PTO like Pizza Fridays, Bake Sales, or our school events like International Week, FundRun, or End of Year performances. So be on the lookout for other additions and invitations to participate throughout the year.
